Dedicated VPS

Prices are monthly in USD. The VPS price is a starting rate; resources and management needs determine the proposal. Storage, traffic, backup coverage, response arrangements, and the exact care tasks are confirmed with your plan. Development work is billed separately unless specifically included in the written scope.
Hourly developer support
Some requests need a small content adjustment. Others need deeper code or integration work. We agree the task and appropriate support level before billable work begins.
Junior Developer
$75 /hour
For routine content edits, native-block layout adjustments, straightforward configuration, and first-pass troubleshooting within an agreed task.
Senior Developer
$150 /hour
For custom theme or plugin code, complex debugging, integrations, migration planning, and technical decisions that need a deeper review.
Monthly hosting and hourly development are separate services. We confirm what is included, which rate applies, and whether a task needs a separate project quote. We agree any change in support level before proceeding.
Support for the website you already have
You do not need to start with a complete rebuild. We can review an existing WordPress installation, a recently converted site, or a static HTML website and identify a practical support plan. The initial review covers the current host, software, forms, integrations, and the parts you want to keep.
If a hosting move is needed, we plan the files, database where applicable, domain changes, email dependencies, and checks before switching the site. Migration work and unusual configurations are scoped before the move.
WordPress care with a defined scope
Updates, plugin choices, backups, and site checks are easier to manage when responsibilities are clear. We agree the stack being maintained and the review process for changes. Routine care is defined in the hosting proposal; larger fixes, custom code, new functionality, and specialist integrations use the agreed hourly rate or a separate quote.
Static sites can also be hosted and supported. Their hosting, domain, deployment access, scripts, and connected services still need an appropriate care plan.

Which hosting level should I choose?
Basic is aimed at a simple site with modest needs. Small Business is for an active business site that needs a more involved care plan. A Dedicated VPS is considered when the workload, software, or isolation requirements call for a separate virtual server environment. Send the site URL and we will review the fit before activation.
What does Dedicated VPS mean?
It is a virtual private server environment for the agreed site or application workload. CPU, memory, storage, backups, and management responsibilities are specified in the proposal. The starting monthly price does not imply a particular server size or an entire dedicated physical machine.
Is developer time included in the monthly price?
The monthly proposal defines its hosting and care tasks. Additional development, content work, custom fixes, and new functionality are billed at the agreed junior or senior rate unless expressly included. We confirm the scope and rate before starting billable work.
Can you host or support a site built by someone else?
Yes, subject to reviewing its existing setup, access, software, and dependencies. We can discuss hosting and support without requiring a complete conversion. A migration, cleanup, or unusual configuration may need its own scope.
Are domain registration, email, and premium licenses included?
The proposal lists the services included in the selected plan. Domain registration, mailboxes, premium plugins or themes, third-party subscriptions, API charges, and other external service fees are separate unless specifically listed. Existing email arrangements are reviewed before a hosting or DNS change.
How do I request hosting or hourly support?
Choose the relevant option above or send the website URL through the inquiry form. Tell us about the site, the current host if known, and the help you need. Do not send passwords or private customer records through the public form. We review the request and agree the next step, plan, or task scope.
