AI-assisted conversion, built around your website.
A successful conversion needs more than new markup. Our workflow combines builder-specific AI instructions, your existing content and design references, a proper local WordPress build, and developer review. The goal is an editable website with the structure and functionality your business actually needs.
Give the AI the right brief
We inventory the builder pages, shared layouts, blog content, plugins, and design details. Project-specific instructions and reusable block patterns give the AI a clear target for the conversion.
Build in a dedicated local environment
The replacement is assembled in a separate local WordPress environment on Apple Silicon development hardware. Theme files, plugin behavior, and page content can be worked on together before the live site is changed.
Use AI for the repeatable work
AI helps map content, draft native block structures, clean up repeated layout markup, and prepare consistent page and post templates. A developer makes the design and integration decisions and reviews the output.
Check the result in a browser
We compare the agreed content and design, inspect desktop and mobile layouts, and test navigation, links, forms, and any included store or plugin features. The launch plan accounts for URLs, metadata, and newer live data.
A workflow we are actively developing.
We are expanding our builder-specific instructions, reusable conversion patterns, and automated review tools as this service grows. The direction is more capable AI assistance backed by a practical development environment and accountable human review. Your project is scoped against the tools and features available when we agree the work.
Questions about AI-assisted conversions
How do you use AI to convert an existing website?
We use AI to help inventory content, map repeated layouts, draft native WordPress block structures, and clean up builder-specific markup. The work starts from your existing website and an agreed conversion scope. A developer reviews the content, design, and functional behavior before launch.
What makes your AI workflow specific to website conversions?
We configure the AI assistance around the builder, the project requirements, design references, and the block patterns we want to produce. Those instructions help keep the output consistent across pages and posts. We are also developing more specialized references and review automation as the service grows.
What do you mean by standard WP blocks?
We mean the native WordPress block editor: familiar content blocks such as headings, paragraphs, images, columns, lists, and buttons, combined with reusable patterns and custom templates where needed. Specialist functionality may still use an appropriate plugin or custom block. A full Site Editor experience depends on the theme selected for the project.
Why do you use a local development setup?
A separate WordPress copy gives us a place to rebuild layouts and check changes before touching the live website. We use Apple Silicon development hardware with local WordPress, database, and browser-testing tools. This helps us review page content, theme code, and plugin interactions together, then plan the move to your chosen host.
Does local development mean every AI model runs on your computer?
Local development describes where the replacement WordPress site is built and tested. AI assistance may use hosted tools as part of that workflow. It is separate from the local WordPress environment. Any access or non-public project material needed for an agreed conversion should be discussed before that work begins.
How much of the work is automated?
AI supports repeated drafting, structural cleanup, and content preparation. Layout decisions, exceptions, plugin behavior, and quality review still need developer attention. We confirm what can follow a standard conversion pattern and what needs a separate solution during the inventory.
Can you keep the design, content, and current page addresses?
We start by agreeing which parts of the existing website should stay recognizable and which parts should change. Existing content, media, links, and metadata are reviewed as part of that plan. Current URLs are retained where appropriate; agreed URL changes need redirects. Unusual animations, modules, or integrations may need a different implementation.
Is a Divi-to-blocks conversion the same as a Divi version upgrade?
A conversion to native WordPress blocks changes the editing foundation for the agreed pages and templates. An upgrade from one Divi generation to another stays within Divi. We review the installed Divi version and its modules because legacy Divi 4 layouts, Divi 5 layouts, and third-party modules can require different work.
What about WPBakery shortcodes and Elementor templates?
WPBakery pages can include theme elements and third-party shortcodes that need to be identified before removing builder dependencies. Elementor sites can include shared templates, global settings, and display conditions beyond the visible page content. Our inventory and project-specific AI instructions account for those differences, and a developer reviews the replacements.
What happens to WooCommerce and interactive or custom plugins?
The calculator has separate allowances for WooCommerce, each interactive plugin or integration, and an existing custom plugin. Shipping methods, payment gateways, configuration, required customization, and compatibility are reviewed before the final scope is confirmed. Complex integrations, extensive data migration, new features, and third-party license or service fees may require a separate quote.
How do I get a price and start a conversion?
Use the calculator to enter your content counts and any plugin or store allowances, then send your website URL. We review the inventory and requirements and confirm the fixed scope and quote before work begins. The FAQ explanations describe the process; the current pricing page supplies the package allowances and rates.

Choosing between HTML and WordPress
Can you convert an HTML site into WordPress?
Yes. We can scope a rebuild into native WordPress blocks and custom templates, with a plan for content, URLs, forms, and ongoing CMS maintenance. This receives its own project quote.
Can I leave WordPress for a static HTML site?
A mostly informational site can be a good candidate. We review forms, search, commerce, accounts, and future editing before agreeing the static build. Removing the public WordPress runtime can reduce WordPress-specific upkeep; hosting and connected services still require care.
