Keep the website you know. Make the content easier to change.
When updating a phone number or adding a service means opening HTML files, small improvements can keep getting postponed. We rebuild an existing HTML site in WordPress so the agreed content can be edited through the dashboard, with shared templates taking care of repeated presentation.

What the conversion can give you
Editable pages
Headings, text, images, columns, lists, and agreed content layouts become native blocks and reusable patterns. You get an editing structure matched to the pages you actually need.
Shared site elements
Menus, headers, footers, and repeated design rules move into the theme and shared components. Changes can be managed without editing the same markup on every page.
Room to publish
Add a standard blog or other agreed content templates when regular publishing is part of the brief. Existing HTML articles can be mapped into posts with a plan for media, dates, and categories.
A reviewed handover
The replacement is built in a separate local WordPress environment. We review the agreed pages and features and explain where to make routine content changes.
A conversion starts with the existing site
We inventory the HTML pages, styles, images, scripts, shared layouts, and any external services. Then we agree which parts of the current design stay recognizable, which content needs a standard template, and which features need a separate implementation. A site with a few repeated layouts is different from one with many unique templates.
Native blocks and a theme built for the content
The destination is the native WordPress editor with custom templates and reusable patterns where they help. The agreed rebuild does not require another visual page builder. More specialized behavior can still need an appropriate plugin or custom code; that is identified during the inventory.
AI assistance with a practical local build
Our tailored AI workflow helps organize content, map repeated structures, and draft replacement block layouts and theme code. A developer reviews the design, responsive behavior, and functionality in a local WordPress build on Apple Silicon hardware. The current workflow uses project-specific instructions and browser checks; further conversion automation is being developed.
Keep the URLs and details that matter
We record current page addresses, titles, descriptions, headings, images, and internal links. The plan retains existing URLs where appropriate and adds redirects for agreed changes, including older .html paths. Forms, analytics connections, and other included features are checked before the move. Search rankings are not guaranteed by a platform conversion.
Plan for WordPress ownership after launch
WordPress brings a content editor and a wider set of publishing options. It also brings ongoing core, theme, and plugin updates, backups, account management, and security upkeep. We discuss hosting, editing responsibilities, licenses, and maintenance as part of the handover so those responsibilities are clear.
From HTML files to an editable site
- Inventory pages, templates, assets, URLs, forms, and external services.
- Agree the content model, design direction, integrations, and fixed project scope.
- Build the WordPress theme and block content in a separate development copy.
- Review desktop and mobile pages, links, forms, and the editing experience.
- Plan the hosting move, redirects, backup, and content-editing handover.
A good fit when you want to edit and publish regularly
This direction suits a business that wants its own page editor, regular blog posts, or an agreed CMS workflow. If your main goal is a simpler informational site with less CMS administration, explore the opposite direction: WordPress to HTML.

Questions about HTML to WordPress
Can you preserve the appearance of the HTML site?
We can use the current site as the design reference and agree what should remain recognizable. Layouts may need adjustments for mobile use, accessibility, or practical editing. Exact behavior from custom scripts or unusual interactions is reviewed separately.
Will I need Divi, Elementor, or WPBakery afterward?
The agreed conversion targets native WordPress blocks and custom templates. A specialist feature may still need a plugin or custom block, but another visual page builder is not a requirement of that approach.
Can old .html addresses and existing articles be kept?
We inventory the existing addresses and agree a URL and redirect plan. HTML articles can be mapped into WordPress posts or pages, with a review of content, media, dates, and categories. The actual structure is decided before the migration.
What happens to forms and other interactive features?
Existing forms, booking tools, email connections, search, and third-party integrations are reviewed individually. They may be retained, rebuilt, or replaced with an agreed solution. Credentials or private customer records should not be sent through the initial quote form.
Does WordPress still need maintenance?
Yes. The content editor is useful, but the installed software, backups, accounts, and hosting still need care. We agree the maintenance and editing responsibilities rather than treating the conversion as the end of all upkeep.
Does the page-builder calculator set the price for this service?
HTML-to-WordPress work receives a project quote after the HTML templates, content, and functionality are reviewed. The builder-conversion calculator describes a different standard scope. We confirm a fixed quote for this migration before work begins.
