Visitor statistics
We use a private visitor tracking plugin to understand how people find and use this website. It records IP addresses, referral sources, selected campaign identifiers, pages viewed, and the time each page is visible. It does not record form fields or the contents of your messages.
Visitor records are stored in this website’s database and retained for 30 days. A random visit identifier is stored in your browser’s local storage to connect pages within a visit, which expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Signed-in WordPress users and any configured excluded IP addresses are skipped. IP addresses are not used to identify you by name.
These visitor reports are available only to site administrators. No external analytics forwarding is configured for this plugin. Contact our team with questions about information recorded by this website.
Project requests
When you send a project request, the form records the contact details, website address, project information, and optional scope counts you provide. WP Builder Migration uses those details to respond, prepare a scope, and communicate about the requested work.
The form also records a campaign reference when it is supplied in the page URL, so we can understand which advertisement led to the inquiry. Basic technical information may be used for spam prevention and by the hosting provider for site operation.
Keep sensitive information out of the form.
Do not submit passwords, payment details, private customer records, or other sensitive access information. Any access required for an agreed project should be arranged separately.
Third-party services and links
The website links to other sites where relevant. Those sites have their own privacy practices. If email delivery, analytics, or other services are added when the website is hosted, this notice should be reviewed to reflect the actual setup.
